Privacy policy

Briefly and without legalese: on chci-ppc.cz we collect only what we need to answer your enquiry. We do not sell your data to anyone and we do not use it for anything you have not agreed to.

What data we process

From the enquiry form on this site:

• name and email — required, we cannot reply without them;
• phone, website address, industry, budget range and the message — optional, if you provide them;
• your selection of what you need help with;
• the address of the page you sent the form from, the language and the time of sending.

We use your IP address only transiently in server memory as protection against repeated abuse of the form. We do not store it in a database and we do not pass it on.

Why we process it and on what basis

• Answering your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box at the form. Without it we do not accept the enquiry.
• Sending new articles and analyses. Only if you also tick the second, optional box. That is a separate consent you can withdraw at any time with one click in every email or by writing to us.

How long we keep it

We keep the enquiry and the related correspondence for three years from the last contact, so we know what we have already discussed. Consent to receive articles applies until withdrawn. After that period we delete the data.

Who receives the data

Only processors without which the site would not work, and only to the extent necessary:

• Resend — delivery of emails from the form (to us and to you);
• the hosting provider the site runs on;
• Google — if measurement is active on the site, see below.

We do not sell the data, we do not pass it to ad networks and we do not use it to build targeting audiences.

Measurement and cookies

The site works without any login and does not set advertising cookies on its own. If measurement via Google Tag Manager is deployed, it runs with Consent Mode: no advertising or personalisation cookies are stored before consent is given. We measure anonymous traffic and form submissions — without the name, email or message text. You can change or withdraw cookie consent in the consent banner, if you see one on the site.

We link to third-party sites (article sources, independency.cz, clientdeck.cz, dhmo.cz). Their own rules apply there and we are not responsible for them.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out earlier. Just write to info@independency.cz; we reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are handling your data badly, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz. If you are in another EU country, you may also contact the supervisory authority in your own country.

The articles on chci-ppc.cz are educational. They are not investment, tax or legal advice and they are not guarantees of a result. The budget calculator is a model with stated assumptions, not a forecast — the decision about a budget is always yours.

We may update this policy when what we do changes. The current version is always at this address.
